We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help implement marketing strategies and activities in the sim racing sector. You’ll play a key role in promoting the brand and building awareness through 360° marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C), events and more. Combine your strategic thinking skills, creativity and leadership to take the brand to the next level!
Your mission
- Participate in the development and deployment of the marketing plan to build brand awareness, increase consumer engagement and generate demand;
- Promote the brand and build a unique community;
- Participate in the strategy and deployment of new product launches;
- In collaboration with the sales team, maintain strategic business relationships with partners to identify opportunities to increase and maximize the visibility of the D-BOX brand among end users;
- Develop and implement strategies with influencers;
- In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, help develop the content plan (B2C and B2B) for D-BOX’s digital channels and develop multi-channel marketing campaigns;
- Supervise and coordinate the implementation of special events and trade shows;
- In collaboration with the marketing team and external agencies, plan, direct and execute the design and production of various marketing pieces and sales support tools;
- Working closely with the sales team, analyze trends, understand the market and the competition, and propose appropriate actions;
- Manage annual schedules and budgets;
- Measure marketing initiatives using KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize results;
- Willingness to travel in Canada and abroad (approximately 5 trips per year).
Your DNA
- University degree with specialization in business or marketing;
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
- You have a very good understanding of B2C and B2B environments as well as digital and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others);
- You are creative and have an eye for design and brand aesthetics;
- You demonstrate leadership skills and are an excellent communicator;
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a keen sense of initiative, and strong problem-solving skills;
- You have a strong sense of priorities and are results-driven;
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written (regular communications with international partners and customers);
- If you have an interest in sim racing, the automotive sector, video games and/or technology, even better!
