Virtual Racing Lounge (VRL)

Having opened its doors earlier this month in Böblingen, Germany, Virtual Racing Lounge’s (VRL) sim center spans approximately 6,500 square feet and has been thoughtfully designed to be a multi-faceted entertainment hub!

Featuring 13 high-quality simulators—with 5 D-BOX ones being KYOSO simulators (3 with 1.5” actuators and 2 with 3” actuators)—as well as featuring a lounge area with cozy couches, a massive 160” video wall, 7 75” screens for race broadcasts, 10 leaderboard screens, original arena-style seating to follow races, 4 old-school arcade machines, a selfie box and a popcorn machine, VRL’s environment allows you to become part of the race even without getting on a simulator.

For those who do want to challenge themselves on the track however, Assetto Corsa awaits—as does VRL’s impressive in-house software called Lounge Control! This innovative sim center management solution allows each customer to create a personalized account that will remember every detail of their sessions, from the track raced and the car driven, and will even provide them with a comprehensive driving performance index score that they can work to improve over time.
