Appointment of Brigitte Bourque

Mrs. Bourque’s well-honed executive ability to identify strategic and operational issues and challenges, coupled with the capacity to translate them into effective action, makes her a valuable addition to the organization. Moreover, as an executive coach for the past 15 years, she brings to the board interpersonal skills that will undoubtedly contribute to the organization’s goals.

Mrs. Bourque has served on various boards throughout her career. In addition to her new role with DBOX, she currently sits on the board of directors of Executives Available Inc. where she has been a member since 2017.

This announcement coincides with the resignation of Mr. Sylvain Lafrance as director for personal reasons. D-BOX wants to take this opportunity to warmly thank him for his contributions of the past 5 years, and wish him well in his future endeavours.
